We try to make everyone happy with their purchase but there are a few things we would like you to know before going ahead with your purchase:

Shipping and returns:

• Shipping can take anywhere between 2 to 10 business days, depending on the shipping company used. We will provide you with a shipping tracking number, once your item is shipped. We are not liable for any shipping delays or delivery problems that may arise due to the shipping company. If the package returns to us because you were not available to accept the delivery, we will automatically cancel your purchase, issue your refund and put the painting back on the website for sale. The shipping company is chosen by us and you may not choose the shipping company used to deliver the merchandise. 

• Everything is finale sale, and returns are not accepted.

• We do not issue refunds on items which have been damaged  by you.

Paintings, Mini Canvases and Magnets:

• We guarantee that our products will last, if taken care of properly. Acrylic paintings can last for decades, if they are not exposed to direct sunlight or heat. Please be mindful where you place your painting within your home, as it might shorten its lifespan. We do not recommend placing your acrylic painting in the bathroom, unless it's framed in glass, as the humidity will damage the painting over time. 

• We do not provide class frames for any of our paintings.

• Magnets are meant to be a decorative item in your home but ALWAYS keep small paintings and magnets our of reach of children, as they may be a chocking hazard.

Earrings:

• We guarantee our earrings will last, if taken care of properly. We do not recommend exercising, sleeping, bathing or showering while wearing earrings, as damage will occur. 

• Please be mindful of the space you store your earrings in. They should remain in a dry environment where they cannot be scratched by other items.

• ALWAYS keep earrings out of reach of children as they have small parts which may be a chocking hazard. 

• While we use the best materials possible to create our earrings, we cannot foresee any metal allergies your body might have. If there is any pain, discomfort, swelling, redness, rash, itching, dry skin, blisters or draining fluid from wearing the earrings, remove them immediately, and contact your doctor if needed.
